connect up Connect the CamcorderÕs AUDIO/VIDEO OUT connecter to the VCRÕs rear panel AV1 (L-1) IN/OUT or the AV2 (L-2) IN/DECODER connecter, via an optional cable adapter.

set input mode Press AUX or PR so that L-1 (for AV1 (L-1) IN/OUT connecter) or L-2 (for AV2 (L-2) IN/DECODER connecter) appears in the place of a preset posi- tion number.

set edit mode See Picture Control on pageÊ30.

start camcorder Engage the camcorderÕs PLAY mode.

start recorder Press T.
