Delete A Channel

Perform steps 1 and 2 of "Storing Channels Manually" on page 48 to access the Confirmation screen before continuing.

1	SELECT ITEM
	Press %Þ%%until the item you want to delete begins
	blinking.
2	DELETE CHANNEL
	Press .
	● The item directly beneath the cancelled one moves
	up one line.
	● Repeat steps 1 and 2 as necessary.
3	CLOSE CONFIRMATION SCREEN
	Press MENU.

Change Station Channel Position

Perform steps 1 and 2 of "Storing Channels Manually" on page 48 to access the Confirmation screen before continuing.

	SELECT ITEM
	Press %Þ%%until the item you want to move begins
	blinking. Then press OK and the station name (ID) and
1 its channel (CH) number begin blinking.
2	SELECT NEW POSITION
	Press %Þ%%to move the station to the new channel
	position, then press OK.
	Example: If you moved the station in position 4 to
				position 2, the stations originally in positions
				2 and 3 each move down one space.

When Receiving A

Scrambled Broadcast

1		SELECT DECODER MODE
	Set "AV2 SELECT" to "DECODER" (☞ pg. 37).
		ACCESS CONFIRMATION
2		SCREEN
	Perform steps 1 and 2 of "Storing Channel Manually" on
	page 48.
3		SELECT POSITION
	Press %Þ%%to select the channel position broadcast-
		ing scrambled programmes, then press OK twice.
4		CHANGE DECODER SETTING
	Press%until "OFF" (decoder setting) begins blinking,
		and set it to "ON" by pressing %Þ.
		RETURN TO CONFIRMATION
5		SCREEN
	Press OK.
		● Repeat steps 3 through 5 as necessary.
6		CLOSE CONFIRMATION SCREEN
	Press MENU.

After you have deleted channels or changed channel positions, be sure to perform Guide Program Number Set (☞ pg. 53) in order to get proper results from SHOWVIEW timer recording.
