Connecting audio devices to the digital audio jack

The rear of the DVD recorder has a DIGITAL AUDIO OUT jack for a coaxial cable connection.

It can be used to connect the following devices:

•) a Audio Video receiver or an Audio Video amplifier with a digital multi sound decoder

•) a receiver with two digital stereo (PCM)

Digital multi sound

 

Digital multi-channel sound provides maximum sound quality. It requires

 

a multi-channel Audio Video receiver or amplifier that supports at least

 

one of the DVD recorder's audio formats (MPEG2, Dolby Digital, or

?

DTS). Check your receiver's manual to see which format it supports.
