Setup menu

Watershed Time

For children, you may also use the watershed time function.

When the watershed time function starts, only a black screen appears.

1Follow steps 1-3 as shown under ‘Rating Level.

2Use [/] to select ‘Watershed Time.

3Use [œ/] to select the desired watershed time.

You can select a watershed time in 30 minute steps. (from 6 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.)

If it is canceled by entering the correct parental code, the cancellation is only valid until the next day watershed time.

For the permanent cancellation, the user has to set it to ‘off’ in the parental settings.

Factory default is ‘off’.

Country Code

Press [SETUP].

Use [œ/] to select ‘Parental Settings‘.

Whilst ‘Parental Settings‘ is selected, press

 

 

[] to select ‘Rating Level‘. The Password

 

 

Input dialog will appear. Enter a 4-digit

 

 

password using the [0-9] buttons.

Use [] to select ‘Country Code‘.

Use [œ/] to select the desired country code.

 

 

N.B. As the film classification ratings are

 

 

 

 

slightly different in each country, we

 

 

recommend that country code is set to ‘UK’ for

 

 

use in the UK area.

Lock/Unlock Channels

1Follow steps 1-3 as shown under ‘Country Code’.

2Use [/] to select ‘Lock/Unlock Channels’.

3Press [OK] to enter into ‘Lock/Unlock Channels’ screen.

4Use [/] to select channels you want to lock.

5Press [RED] to toggle Lock/Unlock status.

6After you finish the setting, press [BACK] to go back to exit.
