3 Press / to select one of the following		• Restore Default—Select this option, then

Adjusting advanced settings

To adjust advanced settings:

1Press TV MENU on the remote control, then press / to highlight the ADVANCED icon. The ADVANCED menu opens.

To set the parental controls:

1Press TV MENU on the remote control, then

press / to highlight the ADVANCED icon. The ADVANCED menu opens.

•Sleep Timer—Select the sleep time you want.

•Closed Caption—Off, CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, Text1, Text2, Text3, or Text4.

•System Lock—For additional information, see “Setting the parental controls” on page 15.

•Picture Enhance—Off or On.

2Press / or ENTER to enter the ADVANCED menu.

3Press / to select System Lock, then press / or ENTER. The Password box opens.

4Enter the password with the number buttons on the remote control (the default password is 0000). The System Lock sub-menu opens.

•System Lock—On or Off. (TV Rating, Movie Rating, Canada Eng, or Canada Fre are only available when System Lock is set to On.)
