Install Hydraulic Block and Fittings

1.Locate the hydraulic manifold block on the right side of the tractor just under the fender (Figure 19) and remove the block-off cap.

2.Attach hydraulic block (18) to tractor using new o- rings (14), three cap screws (8) and one cap screw (9) plus washers (7). Make sure o-rings are properly seated during installation.

3.Install elbows (15) and (11) into ports shown in Figure 20. Point elbows rearward.

Install Hydraulic Hoses

1.Attach male quick coupler (17) to end of hose (2).

2.Connect opposite end of hose (2) to 90-degree elbow (15) in the hydraulic block. Route hose over rear axle and out the back of the tractor.

3.Attach straight end of hose (12) to 45-degree elbow (11) on the hydraulic block.

4.Attach 90-degree end of hose (12) to elbow (13) connected to the bulkhead adapter bracket.
