When Timer Set on DVD or VCR,

 

it is not available in the standby mode.

 

Press TIMER SET to cancel the standby mode.

When 2 or more programs are overlapped, “Timer program overlapped” appears, and the overlapped program will be displayed in blue. To correct the timer program refer to “Checking, canceling, or correcting the timer programming information” on page 45.

9 Press [TIMER SET] to set a timer programming.

Front panel display stays off while the unit is in the standby mode.

You can check the remaining recordable space of the disc when you select the recording mode.
