To resume playback from last mem- ory point, select “Yes,” and then press [Enter].

To start playback from the beginning, select “No,” and then press [Enter].

To start playback from the beginning and delete the last memory point, select “Memory Clear,” and then press [Enter].

Using Last Memory

DVD VCD

With the Last Memory function you can resume playback from where you left off even if another disc has been selected or the disc has been removed. Last Memory also remembers the soundtrack and subtitle languages that you were using.

Notes:

The Last Memory function can store the settings for up to six DVD-Videos. When you set the Last Memory function for a seventh disc, the first disc’s settings are lost.

The Last Memory function can remember the settings for one Video CD, and those settings will be lost when another disc is selected.

The Last Memory function may not work properly with some PBC Video CDs.

The Last Memory function will not work while a menu is being displayed onscreen.

The Last Memory function may not work with some DVD-Videos.

Even if you select another disc, or inadvertently turn off the DPC-7.4 during playback, you can resume playback from the same point when you select the disc again.

During playback, press the [Last M] button.

The last memory point for the disc is stored, the LAST indicator appears, and “LAST MEM” appears on the display.

If the [Last M] button is pressed again, the last memory point will be updated.

Stop

To stop playback, press the Stop

 

[] button once or twice.

At this point you may choose to play another disc, or to turn off the DPC-7.4.

To resume playback, select the disc and press the Play [ ] button.

The Last Memory dialog box appears, as shown.
