Unable to unlock the Logo PIN code lock, Security key lock or Security PIN code lock..
–Check the connection and the Input signal to see if there is signal.
–Check the batteries.
–Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and remote control.
–Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using the remote control. Maximum operating range is 16.4’ (5 m).
–Make sure that the remote control code conforms to the projector’s code. See page 52.
–Unlock the Key lock function for the remote control. See page 54.
–Wireless remote control does not work when the remote control cable is connected to the projector.
–Check the connection between the projector and your computer.
–Check the mouse setting on your computer.
–Turn on the projector before you turn on the computer.
–Make sure the computer input is selected.
–Make sure that the mouse driver is installed in your comput. To use the moue as a wireless mouse, the mouse driver needs to be installed in the computer.
–Check the status of the projector with referring to "indicators and Projector Condition." See pages
–Your operation is invalid. Operate correctly.
–Unlock Key lock for the projector in the Key lock function.
–Contact the dealer where you purchased the projector or the service center.
