Press M on a Philips setup remote control with the slider set to SETUP or enter 
MUTE (all within 10 seconds) on the guest remote control.
When the security level is HIGH, you must use the Philips setup remote control to access the Philips Hospitality setup menu (see ‘Select the security level’ on page 16).
