TV power on/ off issues
The TV does not power on:
•• Ensure that the TV is connected to the AC mains power outlet. If it does not power on, pull the plug out of the power outlet, wait for 60 seconds, plug it back and turn the TV on again.
The TV does not switch on:
•• Check that the TV controls are not locked. Use Philips Hospitality setup remote control to access the Philips Hospitality setup menu and select CONFIGURATION > SECURITY > KEYBOARDLOCK
>NO to unlock all TV control keys (see ‘Enable or disable the TV controls’ on page 16).
•• Check that the remote control is not locked. Use Philips Hospitality setup remote control to access the Philips Hospitality setup menu and select CONFIGURATION > SECURITY > REMOTE CONTROL > LOCK > YES to enable the guest remote control (see ‘Enable or disable the remote control’ on page 16).
Note
If LOW POWER STANDBY is set to YES, the TV can only be switched on with a remote control. Please ensure the remote control is always available. The control buttons at the side of the TV will not be able to switch on the TV.
