1.Press MENU on the remote control and select TV menu > Installation > Channel installation > Installation update.

2.Press Æ to enter the Installation update menu. Start now is highlighted.

3.Press OK.

4.Press the green key to start the upddate. This may take a few minutes.

5.When the upddate is complete, press the red key to return to the Channel installation menu.

6.Press MENU to exit.

6.7Test digital reception

If using digital broadcasts, you can check the quality and signal strength of digital channels. This allows you to reposition and test your antenna or satellite dish.

1.Press MENU on the remote control and select TV menu > Installation > Channel installation > Digital:Test reception.

2.Press Æ to enter the Digital:Test reception menu.

3.Press OK.

4.Press the green key to automatically start the test or manually enter the frequency of the channel you want to test. If the signal quality and strength is poor, reposition the antenna or satellite dish and retest.

5.When complete, press the yellow key to store the frequency.

6.Press the red key to return to the Channel installation menu.

7.Press MENU to exit.

6.8Start a demo

1.Press the red key on the remote control. Alternatively, press MENU on the remote control and select TV menu > Features > Demo.

2.Press Æ to enter the Demo menu.

3.Select a demo and press OK.

4.Press the red key to exit.

6.9Reset TV to factory settings

Resetting your TV to factory settings restores default picture and sound settings. Channel installation settings remain the same.

1.Press MENU on the remote control and select TV menu > Installation > Factory settings.

2.Press Æ to enter the Factory settings menu. Reset is highlighted.

3.Press OK to reset to factory settings.

4.Press MENU to exit.
