Removing Seat Pad for Cleaning

!WARNING

Do not use this child restraint without the seat pad. Failure to do this can result in serious injury.

Back of base

Remove both lower harness guides in bottom of seat by reaching between the base and shell from the back.

Push harness guide lip toward outside of shell with one hand while

From back of shell, release the elastic straps shown in red.

pulling harness guide from the front with the other.

From the top, pull pad off shell and over headrest.

Lower Harness Guides

Adjust backrest to lowest position. Locate harness guides.

At the bottom, unsnap pad off shell at one corner, working pad out from harness adjustment cover and unsnap other side. Remove pad from shell.
