TAKING A PICTURE
SETTING EXPOSURE COMPENSATION
The camera uses Auto Exposure to give you well exposed pictures under most conditions. If the main subject turned out too light or too dark, you can use the Exposure Compensation feature to improve the result.

Exposure Compensation | Description | |

+ | Increasing the Exposure in pictures that are too dark, will make the | |
picture lighter. | ||

How to use Exposure Compensation:
1.Press or in the Main Menu until ( +— ) Exposure Compensation is highlighted.
2.Press display the Exposure Compensation bar on the LCD.
3.Press or to change the Exposure Compensation between – 2.0 to +2.0.
4.Press the OK button to select the desired value.
• The camera will return to picture taking mode automatically after selecting.
