SETTINGS > CUSTOM OPTIONS

 BUTTON P1 & P2, DISPLAY OFF, SLEEP, POWER OFF, IMAGE ORIENTATION, SHOW PREVIEW

Custom Options allows the setting of various options, as listed here. The setting procedure is the same for these features:

1.Press MENU.

2.Navigate to Settings (use the Rear scroll wheel or the Navigator).

3.Navigate to Custom Options (use the Front scroll wheel or the Navigator).

4.Navigate to required item (use the Rear scroll wheel or the Navigator).

5. Press the True Focus ( ) or AE-L( ) buttons (or the ZOOM button) to step through options.

6. Save the chosen selection by pressing EXIT (MENU button).

Zoom

•  P1 and P2 Button Function

SENSOR UNIT MENU > SETTINGS > CUSTOM OPTIONS > P1 / P2

Allows you to assign specific functions to the two buttons. These buttons act in the same manner as the four reassignable buttons on the grip. The buttons can also be assigned in the Camera Configuration tool in Phocus.

OPTIONS:  Browse Mode, Mark Overexposure, Delete Image, Format Card, Info

Screen, Spirit Level, Focus Confirm

•  Display Off

SENSOR UNIT MENU > SETTINGS > CUSTOM OPTIONS > DISPLAY OFF

Sets the amount of elapsed time before the display is turned off. See ‘Power

Modes’ section in this manual for further details.

OPTIONS:  10 sec, 20 sec, 30sec, 60 sec.

•  Sleep

SENSOR UNIT MENU > SETTINGS > CUSTOM OPTIONS > SLEEP

Sets the amount of elapsed time before the camera enters ‘Sleep’ mode. See ‘Power Modes’ section in this manual for further details.

OPTIONS:  5 min, 10 min, Never
