The ix-10 Digital Camera has four flash modes:

Flash Mode

Meaning

 

Automatic Flash

The flash occurs automatically when

 

ambient lighting is insufficient for

 

 

image capture.

 

No Flash

The flash function is disabled.

 

 

 

 

 

The flash is used with every image.

 

Flash Always On

Use this option when you are trying to

 

take pictures of dark subjects and the

 

 

area behind the subjects is highly

 

 

illuminated.

 

 

 

 

Red Eye

The flash pre-fires to reduce the red-

 

eye effect. It functions with all flash

 

 

modes.

Note: The camera ready LED lights when the flash is ready.
