Turning On Liveview in Auto Mode

The Liveview feature lets you use the camera screen as a viewfinder (see page 18). The default setting is Liveview Off. Press the OK button to turn it on.

IMPORTANT: Liveview significantly reduces battery life.

To change the Liveview default to On:

1Press the Menu button.

2Press to highlight Setup Menu , then press the OK button.

3Highlight the Liveview icon , then press the OK button.

4Highlight On, then press the OK button.

Liveview is now On by default. The camera screen is on whenever the camera is on (in Auto or Video mode). You can still press the OK button to turn Liveview off and on.

5Press the Menu button to exit the menu. This setting remains until you change it.

Setting Video Out

Video Out is a regional setting that lets you connect your camera to a television or other external device using an optional Kodak EasyShare printer dock 6000 and an audio/video cable (see page 43).

1Press the Menu button.

2Press to highlight Setup Menu , then press the OK button.

3Highlight the Video Out icon , then press the OK button.
