Checking Battery Power (Battery Level Indicator)

level, will start flashing. Recharge the battery or attach the adapter/charger before continuing to use the camcorder.

Note: The indicator will automatically appear in the viewfinder when the battery reaches empty, even if the battery level indicator is not displayed.

Caution: When the battery reaches empty, the camcorder will turn off. The battery should have enough power to eject the cassette.

If the camcorder does not eject the cassette when you press the STOP/ EJECT button, do not force the

cassette door open. This will damage

your camcorder.

Before attempting to eject the cassette, power your camcorder with the adapter/charger or recharge the battery.
