The camcorder will focus automatically when the CAMERA/VCR switch is in CAMERA AUTO or the FOCUS AUTO/MAN switch is in FOCUS AUTO.

The auto-focus system lets you focus on objects very close to the camcorder.

1.Press the power zoom button “W” to put the camcorder in wide-angle focus.

2.Place the camcorder as close to the subject as necessary to obtain the desired size.

Notes: To change the size of the subject, move the camcorder closer or farther away.

You may want to steady the camcorder by mounting it on an optional tripod.
