SELF TIMER/TIME LAPSE Button

Self-Timer Recording

The camcorder will delay the start of a recording for approximately ten seconds after you activate the self-timer recording feature.

1.Turn on camcorder and place CAMERA/VCR switch in CAMERA.

2.A. Slide SELF TIMER/TIME LAPSE once. The SELF-30S display will appear in the viewfinder.

Ten seconds before you want to record, press the thumb trigger

(or PAUSE/STILL). The camcorder will record for approximately 30 seconds and then stop automatically.

B. Slide SELF TIMER/TIME LAPSE twice. The SELF-END display will appear in the viewfinder.

Ten seconds before you want to record, press the thumb trigger (or PAUSE/STILL). The camcorder will record until you press the thumb trigger to stop it.

3.To cancel self-timer recording, press the thumb trigger (or PAUSE/STILL).
