Battery Safety Precautions

Attach the Charged Battery
If the DC cable is attached to the camcorder, remove it before attaching the battery. Also, install the lithium clock cell before attaching the battery. Details are on page 17.
1.Hook the top end of the battery to the back of the camcorder as shown above.
2.Press the battery down until it locks into place.
3.Set the POWER switch to CAMERA. The power indicator lights.
Remove the Battery
Slide and hold the BATT. RELEASE button to the right while removing the battery.
