3 Insert masking sheets

When scanning one or two strips or strips of different lengths, place the film at the left end of the holder and cover any open apertures with the supplied masking sheets, cutting the sheet to the appropriate length if necessary. When scanning one or two strips, place the film in the bottom rows and the masking sheets in the top rows.

When scanning three strips of equal length, place the film at the left end of the holder. Masking sheets are not required.

4 Latch the holder

Press the holder closed until the latches click into place.

Removing Film

Insert your fingers into the holes in the lower portion of the holder and undo the latches. Open the holder and use the cutouts to pick the film up by its edges. If the edges of the film are not accessible, tilt the holder to slide the film to the hollow at the end of the lower holder.
