Authentication

After opening the Web browser and typing in the network camera’s IP address, a dialogue window may appear, requesting a username and password, unless the administrator has not saved a password. Upon successful authentication, the device’s main page will be displayed.

In the figure below, the foreground is the login window and the background shows the message when authentication fails. The user can check the option box at the bottom of the pop up window to save the password for future convenience.
