3.Connect the power cord and turn the POWER switch on the VA-8xlON. The LED displays may show erratic data, which should be ignored.

7.3Upgrading Firmware

Follow these steps to upgrade the firmware:

1.Double click the desktop icon: “Shortcut to FLIP.EXE”. The Splash screen appears as follows:

2.After a few seconds, the Splash screen is replaced by the “Atmel – Flip” window:
