Indication for iPod Mode
•The iPhone/iPod is not connected.
-Make sure the iPhone/iPod is correctly connected (refer to “Connections”).
Make sure the cable is not bent excessively.
•There are no songs in the iPhone/iPod.
-Download songs to the iPhone/iPod and connect to this unit.
•Communication error.
-Turn the ignition key off, and then set to ON again.
-Reset the iPod.
-Check the display by reconnecting between the iPhone/iPod and this unit, using the iPhone/iPod cable.
•Caused by the iPhone/iPod Software Version not being compatible with this unit.
-Update the iPhone/iPod Software Version to be compatible with this unit.
•The iPhone/iPod is not verified.
-Reset the iPod.
-Try another iPhone/iPod, if available.
•Power surge error.
Excessive voltage/current is supplied to the iPhone/iPod.
-Try another iPhone/iPod, if available.
BLUETOOTH mode
•The BLUETOOTH device is not connected. - Connect the BLUETOOTH device.
Indication for all Modes
•Malfunction occurred as a result of the speaker cable shorting on the car chassis.
-Route the cable correctly, and set POWER IC to POW ON (page 17).
