1.12 Main Menu - OpenHand Menu

1.12.1 New Email

As a shortcut to creating a new email select OpenHand followed by

New Message. See section 2.2 for further information.

1.12.2 Mail Checking

At periodic intervals, OpenHand will listen for new emails. This interval setting can be set from 5 minutes to never. See section 2.4

1.12.3 Resetting Local Folders

1.To permanently erase all locally held emails and other information from the local OpenHand folders, click OpenHand and then Reset local folders.

2.Select Yes to confirm deletion.

1.12.4 Delete Local Settings

1.To delete local settings, but not local folders, select OpenHand, and then Clear settings.
