4.1 View Calendar

1.Click on OpenHand Main Menu.

2.The Calendar page is displayed.

3.The Calendar page displays the schedule for the currently selected month and date. Dates with appointments are shown with a grey background on the month view. The currently selected date is marked with a red outline:

4. Click to return to the OpenHand Main Menu.

4.1.1 The Calendar Menu

Click on Contacts menu to display a list of options for creating new contacts and handling SnapShots.

4.1.2 The Calendar Options Menu

The Calendar Options Menu is a pop-up menu that appears when you click on an individual event in the Calendar page. Options for each date are accessed through the Calendar Options Menu.

4.2.1 Access another Date

1.To change the selected date within the currently selected month, simply click on the desired date.
