For example if you are working on an email and your connection fails, your email will be saved in the Drafts folder, and will be sent automatically when re-connected.

1.On the Mail List page, click on .

2.The Folder List page is displayed.

3.Navigate to either the Local Mail or Local Drafts sub-folder in the Local Storage folder and click OK.

4.The Mail List page will refresh and you will see a list of locally stored emails.

5.Click on the email, the Mail Options Menu will appear.

6.Click on Text, Summary or Attachments to view these items.

2.18 Show the Number of Read & Unread Emails

1.When you first go into a mail list you will notice a temporary popup displaying the total number of emails in a folder and those that are unread.

2.To display this information again, just refresh the email list.
