Premiere specific functions

Premiere offers special functions for some channels. You can, for example, select between various camera perspectives or matches when you are watching sports programmes, such as Formula 1 Grand Prix or football league games (Multifeed). On PREMIERE DIREKT channels, you can select the start times of the movies that you order. In some cases, there are also several audio channels to choose from.

When you change channels, a message is displayed stating whether Multifeed or Near Video on Demand options are avail- able.

Time selection feature:

If you have ordered a movie, you can select between various start times, using the PREMIERE DIREKT time selection feature.

If sound selection is available, you can also select a different audio track.

View selection feature:

In the case of Premiere Multifeed, for example on the PREMIERE SPORT 1 channel, you can use the view selection feature to se- lect between various camera perspectives or matches.

Multifeed:

When you press the opt key, the available options are displayed. You can select the option that you wish to change using the cur- sor up/cursor down key. Use the cursor left/cursor right key to configure settings, for example the camera perspective.

By pressing the back key, you can exit the screen displays.

PREMIERE DIREKT (Near Video on Demand):

When you press the opt key, the available options are displayed. On the PREMIERE DIREKT channels, you can, for instance, se- lect the start time of the movies that you order.

Dynamic Channel Management

Dynamic channel management means that you do not have to update channels in the event of any changes to Premiere chan- nels. The list of Premiere channels that was created during first- time installation is automatically updated.
