We’ve left a place to write down some of your most important Speed Dialing numbers.

We’ve also added spaces for your four unique Omnipoint numbers, which are:

Your Omnipoint phone number.

Your account number.

Your SIM Card number (the 18-digit number printed on the SIM Card).

Your handset IMEI number (the 15-digit number found on the sticker on the back of your handset underneath the battery).

YOUR MONTHLY STATEMENT

On your Omnipoint monthly statement, you’ll see clear, simple information on the activity in your account.

You’ll see current charges and itemized details for individual calls, including a full breakdown of your current usage.

You’ll also have four convenient payment methods to choose from. You can pay your bill:

By credit card.

By check.

By automatic withdrawal from your checking account.

In cash at an Omnipoint retail store.

And to make things even easier, we’ve created a special brochure that will identify and help you understand every item on a typical Omnipoint statement.
