Thank you for selecting the revolutionary 4500 R treadmill from NordicTrack® . The 4500 R offers an im- pressive array of features to make your home work- outs more enjoyable and effective. And when you’re not exercising, the unique 4500 R can be folded up, re- quiring less than half the floor space of other treadmills.
