Assembly
Assembly requires two people. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Assembly
requires a phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench (not included).
Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with
1.With the help of a second person, carefully raise the Uprights (70) until the Wheels (30) are resting flat on the floor.
2.Remove the four Handrail Screws (103) from the posts on the left and right Uprights (70). Slide the upper end of a Handrail (101) onto the post on the left Upright. Note: It will be necessary to pivot the Handrail to the side and back repeatedly (see arrow A) while pushing on the Handrail to slide it fully onto the post. Next, pivot the lower end of the Handrail down and pull back on it (see arrow B) to align it with the hole in the left Upright.
Loosely thread a Handrail Bolt (95) with a Handrail Washer (102) into the left Upright (70) and the lower end of the Handrail (101). Tighten two Handrail Screws (103) into the upper end of the Handrail and the left Upright. Tighten the Handrail Bolt.
Attach the other Handrail (101) to the right Upright (70) as described above.
