HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE

1.Hold the treadmill firmly with your left hand. Pull the lock knob to the right. Pivot the treadmill down until the pin on the lock knob is below the foam grip. Slowly release the lock knob.

2.Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and lower the treadmill to the floor. To decrease the possibility of in- jury, bend your legs and keep your back straight.
