Before you start training, make sure you have synchronized the heart rate chest belt with the watch. Press “STR” to start Lap Training Mode and enter the Lap Time of Lap Training.

Press "EL" to activate the NiteLite.

Press & hold " " to turn ON/OFF the TZ

Alarm.

Press “STR” to start Lap Training and enter

Lap Time.

Press "MODE " to advance to Exercise File

Mode.
