To begin your workout:
1.Face the display.
2.Hold on to a handlebar and step on the foot pedals.
3.When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling.
4.Select one of the following options:
If you want to... | Then... |
Start exercising immediately Press the QUICKSTART key.
Select a program | Press a PROGRAMS key. |
Note: The QUICKSTART key is disabled when you press a PROGRAMS key. You need to confirm each exercise session selection (program, time, weight, and age) using the OK key.
