Increases resistance or speed. This key

appears on single indicator equipment.

Welcome State

The equipment is in the Welcome state when it is on, but not actually in use. This means that there is no exercise session, data entry, or diagnostic operation in progress.

When the equipment is in the Welcome state:

WELCOME scrolls on the program display. This is referred to as the Welcome banner.

PRESS GO OR PROGRAMS TO START scrolls in the text display.

The heart rate signal is the only segment activated.

On the treadmill, the belt is not moving and the lift motor is off.
