Deactivating alarms

To deactivate an alarm:

1.In the Function menu, scroll to Alarm and press Suunto.

2.Scroll to the alarm you want to set off and press Suunto. The alarm information is displayed and the On/Off indicator is activated.

3.Press either the up or down button to change the alarm status to off and press Suunto. The alarm symbol disappears from the display.

Acknowledging alarms

When you hear the alarm, you can acknowledge it by pressing any of the Suunto X6hr buttons. The alarm stops automatically after 30 seconds.

3.2.3. Time

The current time is visible on the second row of the Time mode´s main display.

Dual time allows you to keep track of another time, for example, another time zone when you are traveling. The dual time is displayed on the third row of the Time mode is main display as a shortcut. To scroll to the dual time shortcut, press Stop/CL in the main display.

Setting the time and the dual time

To set the time and the dual time:

1.In the Function menu scroll to Time and press Suunto. The menu with the options Time and Dual time is displayed.

2.Scroll to either Time or Dual time and press Suunto. The hour selection is activated.

3.Change the hour with the arrow buttons and press Suunto. The minute selection is
