Viewing logbook history

The logbook history contains the cumulative values of ascents and descents and the highest point of all logbooks (Hiking and Chrono modes) recorded during the Suunto X6hr lifetime.

To view the history:

1.In the Function menu, press Suunto to enter Logbook.

2.Scroll to History and press Suunto.

3.Press the up arrow to scroll the history information. The information is displayed in the following order:

Cumulative ascent.

Cumulative descent.

Highest point, date and year.

Resetting the logbook history

To reset the logbook history:

1.Connect your Suunto X6hr to Suunto Activity Manager.

2.Click Wristop History Reset History. This will transfer the current history data to SAM database and set the history values in the Wristop computer memory to zero.

Logbook marks

You can add marks to the logbook file and save the information on the altitude of a specific point and time. This can only be done in Hiking mode. The maximum number of marks in each file is 10.

Adding a mark to the logbook file also records the heart rate of the same specific time if the heart rate monitor is active.
