3.2HEART RATE MONITORING

THE HAND PULSE SENSOR SYSTEM

The hand pulse sensors (A) are the built-in heart rate monitoring system on the exercise bike. During a workout, grasp sensors that are set into the handlebars. For an accurate reading, use a comfortable grip. The console displays the heart rate after 10 to 15 seconds.
