20. Wrap the Short Cable (9) around a 3 1/2Ó Pulley (35)	20
in the direction shown. Attach the 3 1/2Ó Pulley (35) to			N
the front bracket (M) underneath the Top Frame (1)	63	M
with a 3/8Ó x 2Ó Bolt (62) and a 3/8Ó Nylon Locknut	62
(63). Make sure the Bolt (62) is inserted from the	1
direction shown on the drawing.
Wrap the Short Cable (9) around a 3 1/2Ó Pulley (35)			63	62
in the direction shown. Attach the 3 1/2Ó Pulley (35) to
the rear bracket (N) underneath the Top Frame (1)
with a 3/8Ó x 2Ó Bolt (62) and a 3/8Ó Nylon Locknut
(63). Make sure the Bolt (62) is inserted from the	9		35
direction shown on the drawing.
21. Make sure the Short Cable (9) is in the groove of	21
all Pulleys and that the Cable and the Pulleys
move smoothly.
Attach the closed loop on the end of the Short Cable	9		53
(9) to the Weight Tube (25) with the 5/16Ó x 1 3/4Ó			25
Bolt (58) and a 5/16Ó Nylon Locknut (53). It will be

necessary to lift the Weight Tube and the Top Weight
to insert the Bolt through the Weight Tube and the
loop on the Cable.
22. Locate the Long cable (2). It is approximately 215Ó	22	42
long. Wrap the end with the ball around a 3 1/2Ó
Pulley (35) in the direction shown. Attach the Pulley	55
to the bracket (O) on the Base (8) with a 3/8Ó x 2Ó		57
Bolt (62) and a 3/8Ó Nylon Locknut (63).
Thread the Long Cable (2) through the Press Frame	66

(12). Wrap the Long Cable around a 3 1/2Ó Pulley
(35) in the direction shown. Attach the Pulley to the	35			2
Front Upright (42) with a 3/8Ó x 3 1/2Ó Bolt (54), a	54	12
Cable Trap (66), a 3/8Ó Flat Washer (55) and a 3/8Ó
Nylon Jamnut (57).		8	O	63

23. Remove the free Pulley (35) attached to the Pulley	23
Plates (31). Wrap the Long Cable (2) around the
			31
Pulley in the direction shown.
Re-attach the Pulley (35) to the Pulley Plates (31)	57		60
with the 3/8Ó x 1 1/2Ó Bolt (60) and the 3/8Ó Nylon	2		35
Jamnut (57).
