Changing the programme sequence

Selecting a programme

A programme can only be started when:

The machine is turned on.

The drum door is properly shut.

The programme selector switch is at the “Start/Finish” position.

Turn the programme selector switch to the desired programme to begin.

To cancel a programme:

Turn the programme selector switch to the “Start/Finish” position.

To interrupt a programme:

Turn the machine off. To re-start a programme, turn the machine on again.

To change an incorrectly se- lected programme:

Turn the programme selector switch to “Start/Finish”. When only the “On” LED is illuminated, a new pro- gramme can be selected.

To change a programme where the child safety option has been set, see page 19.

During operation, it is possible to:

omit one or more programme stages

or

repeat one or more programme stages.

To omit a programme stage:

A programme stage must first be reached to be omitted. When the PRO- GRAMME SEQUENCE indicator lamp indicates the stage to be omitted:

Turn the programme selector to “Start/Finish”.

As soon as the PROGRAMME SE- QUENCE indicator lamp for the stage at which you wish to continue starts flashing:

turn the programme selector switch to the appropriate programme.

To repeat a programme stage:

A programme stage must have finished before it can be repeated. When the PROGRAMME SEQUENCE indicator lamp indicates the stage after the one to be repeated:

Turn the programme selector switch to “Start/Finish”.

When only the “On” LED is illuminated:

select a programme.

After approx. 5 seconds, turn the pro- gramme selector switch back to “Start/Finish”.

Once the PROGRAMME SEQUENCE in- dicator lamp of stage you wish to re- peat starts flashing:

turn the programme selector switch to the desired programme within a period of 3 seconds.
