The door will not open when the "Door" button is pressed

Issue	Solution
The washer has no power.	Insert the plug into the outlet and the circuit
	breaker.
Power failure	To open the drum door, see "Frequently asked
	questions - Opening the drum door during a power
	failure...".
The door was not	Push the drum door on the locked side. Then press
properly closed.	the "Door" button.
There is still water in the	Clean the drain filter and the drain pump as

As a safeguard against scalding, the drum door cannot be opened if the wash water temperature is over 55°C.
