No picture is displayed on the TV or no sound comes out through the HDMI connection. ZThe connected TV is not HDCP-compatible. (“HDCP

ZDisconnect the HDMI cable and connect it again, or use a shorter cable.

Video and audio are distorted.

ZThe disc is scratched or dirty.

ZAudio/video files have not been properly copied on to the USB mass storage class device.

Docking station

To detach the dock adapter from the docking station:

Push the slot then pull up to remove the dock adapter.

Disconnect the docking station from the center unit when attaching/detaching the dock adapter.

Take care not to damage the terminal on the docking station when attaching/ detaching the dock adapter.
