Additional program buttons

The additional program buttons are for adapting the washing program to the dirtiness of the washing. Addi- tional programs are not required for washing which is not excessively dirty.

Various functions can be combined with each other, de- pending on the program.

k (PRE WASH)

Warm pre-wash prior to the main wash that follows on automatically; including intermediate spin for

t(COTTONS/LINEN) and }(EASY-CARES), exclud- ing intermediate spin for Ã(DELICATES).

If o (RINSE HOLD) has been selected, no spinning will take place at all.

q(SOAKING)

Approx. 50 minutes at 30°C water temperature, can be extended to max 10 hours and approx 20 minutes with button b (DELAY TIMER). This is followed by the main washing cycle.

] (QUICK WASH)

Short and main washing cycle for slightly dirty washing.

ä(STAIN)

For treating very dirty washing or stained washing. In-wash stain treat- ment is added during the program on a time-optimized basis. May only be used for wash temperatures from 40°C as stain removers only be- come effective at higher temperatures.

P(Hand Wash) setting (any buttons pressed have no effect).
