What to do if...

Remedying faults

In the event of a fault, try to solve the problem yourself with the aid of the information provided here. If you use the Customer Service to rem- edy one of the faults listed here or to remedy an operating fault, the customer service technician's visit will be subject to a charge, even dur- ing the warranty period.

• If the fault code E10, E20 or E40 is shown in the multi display, you may be able to remedy the fault yourself (see the Faults table below). After

remedying the fault, press the O/s (START/PAUSE) button. If the fault code is displayed again, inform the Customer Service.

In the case of all other displayed faults (E and number or letter), please inform the Customer Service, stating the fault code.
