Striping Tips should not be used for regular spraying. Striping tips are designed for a single pass application, while spray tips are designed for the 1/3 overlap technique used for spray painting.

Spray Tip Replacement: During use high pressure will cause the orifice to grow larger. This destroys the flat spray pattern or will leave tailing or two heavy lines on the outside of the pattern. When this ocurs replace the spray tip or excessive paint will be wasted.
