Searching a station manually: Manual search
1 Select FM or AM (MW/LW).
1 Press SOURCE repeatedly to select FM or AM (MW/LW) as the source.
2If necessary, press B
(band) repeatedly to select the FM band number. Each time you press the button, the FM band changes as follows:

Note:
This receiver has three FM bands (FM1, FM2, FM3). You can use any one of them to listen to an FM broadcast.
•If you release your finger from the button, the manual mode will automatically turn off after 5 seconds.
•If you hold down the button, the frequency keeps changing until you release the button.
When an FM stereo broadcast is hard to receive:
1 Press M (mode) to enter the functions mode while listening to an FM stereo broadcast.
2 Press MO (monaural) while still in the functions mode, so that the MO indicator lights up on the display.
•Each time you press the button, the MO (monaural) and ST (stereo) indicators light up alternately.

2 Press and hold ¢ or 4 until “M” (manual) starts flashing on the display.
3 Tune in to a station you want while “M” is flashing.
Press ¢ to tune in to stations of higher frequencies.
Press 4 to tune in to stations of lower frequencies.
MO
The MO indicator lights up.
When the MO indicator is lit on the display, the sound you hear becomes monaural but the reception will be improved (the ST indicator goes off).
