7.Reversing Models ONLY

Basket (tumbler) dryer should never be operated with less than a 30 lb. load (dry weight). The size of the load will affect the coast-down and dwell (stop) times. The basket (tumbler) must come to a complete stop before starting in opposite direction.

a.Microprocessor Models

1)Spin and stop are not adjustable in the Automatic Mode and have been pre-programmed into the microprocessor controller (computer) for 150-seconds spin time in the forward direction, 120-seconds in the reverse direction, and a 5-second dwell (stop) time.

2)Spin times and stop times are adjustable in the Manual (timed) Mode.

b.Dual Timer Models

1)Both dwell (stop) and basket (tumbler) spin time are adjustable. Refer to the illustration on page 41.

8.Check to insure that ALL set screws (i.e., tumbler drive, idler, etc.) are tight.

J.PREOPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.To start the dryer:

a.Microprocessor (computer) dryers

1)The L.E.D. (light emitting diode) display will read "FILL".

2)Press the "E" on the touchpad of the keyboard.

3)The dryer will start and the display will quickly show "Ld30", "F180", the dryer will start, and the L.E.D. (light emitting diode) display will show "dr30".

4)To stop the dryer, open the main door and press "CLEAR/STOP" key. Refer to the User's Manual for detailed operating instructions.

b.Dual Timer Dryers

1)Turn drying timer knob for a time of 20 minutes.

2)Select "High Temp".

3)Push "Push To Start" Switch.
