b. Pneumatic Automatic Door Replacement or Removal

AUTOMATIC DOORS

1)Discontinue electrical power to the dryer.

2)Remove the two (2) 1/4-20 x 1/2” bolts from each side of the middle guard and then remove the guard.

3)Remove the three (3) 1/4-20 x 3/4” bolts from the bottom guard. Remove the bottom guard.

4)Remove the two (2) #8-32 x 3/4” screws on each door that connect/attach the cable cylinder to the door.

5)Remove the two (2) 1/4-20 x 1-1/4” hex head machine screws that hold the wheels on...

a)Take notice of the Wheel Assembly configuration.

6)Lift the doors off of the track and remove.

7)To install new pneumatic automatic doors or to reinstall pneumatic automatic doors, reverse above procedure (Step #6 thru Step #1).
