Problem with a Capacity Card (part failure)

#1) Call your service provider

#2) IBM service personnel can contact Level II hardware support, in Rochester, to reset the

appropriate capacity after the card has been replaced (refreshed Activation/Enablement Codes )

Problem with function of Capacity Upgrade on Demand

#1) Review appropriate sections in this Planning Guide
